User Data Deletion

1. Overview

Dreamcore Group LLC ("Dreamcore", "we", "us", or "our") respects your right to control your personal information. If you have interacted with one of our applications or services — including those that connect through Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) — you may request the deletion of personal data we hold about you.

2. What data may be collected

Through Meta login or related integrations, we may receive limited information such as your name, email address, profile identifier, and any data you explicitly authorize during the permission flow. We only process information necessary to operate the requested service.

3. How to request deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, please send an email to contact [at] dreamcore.group from the email address associated with your account, including the following information:

• Your full name
• The Meta account or service used to connect
• A short description of the data you would like deleted

Please use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request".

4. Processing time

We will acknowledge your request within 7 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days, unless retention is required by law (for example, accounting, fraud prevention, or compliance obligations). Once deletion is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.

5. Third-party platforms

Removing data from our systems does not automatically remove data held by Meta or other third-party platforms. To remove the application's access to your Meta account, please visit your account's Settings > Apps and Websites on the relevant Meta platform.
